Today, I received this cake from chris.

It's a small token of appreciation for contributing in a gift for her bb full month!

to prepare for the spring cleaning...
My bro in law helped to get it from Gain City for about $140.
So I fork about 70 bucks. expensive wor~
Look, this is a T-shirt that all Murata staffs are suppose to wear on the 30th-Nov
for the celebration of 35 years in Singapore. ^-^
Tomorrow there will be events happening in our company.
Selling of Ice-Cream and moive tickets which vaild for 1 year.
Cool~
We even having section group photo. ^-^

Hey!

How is everyone? I haven't been updating my blog for s long long time...

I am still busy with my jap exam which is on the 2nd Dec.

And I had totally give up. But I will still go for the exam, no matter what. :P

Upcoming my upgrading... Tomorrow (29-Nov), there will be a briefing on the exam.

Can you imagine, the company want to promote you and still you need to go for exam and interview.. That's going to be stress, man... :P Bless me~

The exam will be on 11-Dec. I'm going to get this~ Wish me luck! ^-^

Next, oh ya... 2 of my colleagues had given birth to 2 bb girls. Kawaii~ ^-^

Poor Customer Service - Angie The Choice

What do you considered as Good Customer Service?

I had made a call this morning at 10am to the Sun Plaza outlet (Angie The Choice) to make some enquiry.

I understand perfectly that it is better to make reservation to the particular outlet that I wanted to collect. My first priority is at Sun Plaza but the staff replied me saying that currently they don't have any Yam cake available at the store. She also mentioned that I could leave my contact number and she can helped to see whether will there be any stock coming in by this coming Wednesday (which is tomorrow.)

So I requested for her to help me check for other outlet to see whether they have any stock available so I can give them a call and make arrangement. The staff did not even let me complete my sentence and interrupted saying that it would be better for me to contact other outlet myself if I want to collect from the outlet. This is
because it is very troublesome and difficult for them to liaise between the customer and the other outlet. (Do the company encourage the staff to reply the customer in this way? So they can simply just reject my order if it's troublesome? They don't even care what is the customers' needs?)

I know it will be troublesome if I want them to help me liaise but I am only requesting to check since they are checking whether will they have any stock coming in. And I am not requesting for them to place order for me. Is it so difficult? Do you considered this as Customer Service? I doubt it very much.

The staff had been shouting at me when I started to ask for other outlet which piss me off! She sounded very impatient too as if she is rushing for something. I mean, if she was busy, she could at least mentioned it to me and I can always call back later on. I believed she did not have to use this kind of attitude towards me. Coz I don owe her anything loh!! Her attitude towards me was damn so rude which I got mad and shouted back at her. It was an unpleasant experience for me to make enquiry to Angie The Choice.

I just wondered does that mean Angie The Choice is separated by different outlets ? They actually don't belong to one company? I'm confused. Do they even liaise with each other? Or they just simply hack care?

Please accept my apologise that i haven been updating ym blog with photo for the oct...
Things happened and you just cant predict what will happen next.
FYI, my coreless keyboard spoilt for the past week so i couldn't switch on my PC (password protected).. I'm so upset :'( going online is my only hobby now and i even cant use the PC.. OMG!
Anyway, I had bought a new keyboard ^-^ Finally, I'm back here!
But i might have lesser time to update the blog also...
My jap exam is coming and Dec might have some exam and preparation for interview also...
Got to prepare so lesser and lesser time to update my blog.
And 2 of my colleagues had given birth... Wow...
I also been staying for OT almost everyday... busy busy... :P
But no worry! I will definitely update my blog in Jan'08 onwards. ok?
